Dunblane Sports Club commissioned platform77 to clarify its future direction and provide a stronger evidence base for its next business plan.
The Club is considering how best to balance investment in its existing facilities and member experience with the longer-term potential of a major capital redevelopment.
This includes an ambitious multi-million-pound masterplan, a more modest facilities and covered-padel concept, and targeted improvements to the current Club.
The role was to create a clear and neutral framework through which these different routes could be assessed.

The findings will help the Club prioritise achievable improvements while deciding whether, and under what circumstances, larger development proposals should progress.
